Are you looking for a way to reach thousands of potential customers? With your tax-deductible donation, your generous support will go far in helping the Waller Band program that is such a huge part of life of the youth in the Waller community.

In order to foster the continued success of the band program, the Waller High School Band has a sponsorship program. The Sponsorship Program’s purpose is to obtain funding from sources within the local community to enable the band, color guard, and drum line to participate in events and to further their skills while building values such as teamwork, camaraderie, and esprit de corps. Waller ISD is able to provide only a fraction of the necessary resources for these organizations to participate in the number of events, and at the advanced levels that we seek to achieve. Sponsorship funds help to supplement other funds (such as student membership fees, fund raisers, booster club contributions, etc.) to help provide for the needs of the entire organization.

Some of the specific costs include:
 $10,000 : Acquisition or rental of a secondary enclosed trailer/truck for props

 $30,000 : Marching Band costs (including show design, clinicians, entry fees, and props)

 $15,000 : Indoor Percussion and Winter Guard costs (including show design, entry fees, and props)

$15,000: Costs associated with hosting the annual Waller Marching Festival. These costs include payment for judge’s fees and transportation, contest personnel, stadium personnel, etc.

Your generous contributions as a sponsor will go to the above costs as well as these costs below:
 Travel and lodging costs

 Funds to offset the cost of band registration and fees

 Purchase and/or repair of instruments

 Performance music and show production costs

 Uniform costs (including cleaning and maintenance)

 Clinicians

 Infrastructure needs

 Scheduled and emergency repairs associated with the band’s semi-trailer

 

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits:

If you would like to be a part of the Waller High School Band Program as a generous sponsor, we have multiple levels of sponsorship to allow for various amounts of visibility according to your level of commitment. The visibility ensures that your name is presented to the community so that they can show appreciation by supporting your business. Below are the descriptions for each sponsorship level which are all renewable on an annual basis. All sponsorship donations are tax deductible!

Gold Sponsor – $2,500

 2’x1’ business logo on band’s trailer*

 Logo on banner displayed at the concessions stand at all home football games, band concerts, band events, and the Waller Marching Festival*

 Logo on band staff shirts*

 Quarter page advertisements in all band concert programs*

 

Silver Sponsor –  $1,000

 Thank you plaque to display in business

 Name or URL listed in 6” lettering on band’s trailer

 Name listed on banner displayed at the concessions stand at all home football games, band concerts, band events, and the Waller Marching Festival

 Small logo or listing on band staff shirts*

 Named as a Silver Sponsor in all band concert programs

 

Bronze Sponsor – $500

 Name or URL listed in 3” lettering on band’s trailer

 Name listed as Bronze Sponsor in all band concert programs

Director Sponsor – $100

 Name listed as Direct Sponsor in all band programs

 

Musician Sponsor – $50

 Name listed as Musician Sponsor in all band concert programs

 

Member Scholarship Contributions – Donations of any amount

 Used to fund scholarship program to aid students who have difficulty paying for band fees, trips, supplies, and other associated band costs

 Because these contributions are designated and used to benefit individual students, they are not eligible for a tax deduction like the other sponsorship levels.

 

By becoming a sponsor, you will assist us in helping fund instrument purchases, instructors, private lesson scholarships, transportation expenses, event participation fees, and other band-related expenses.
